Offers therapeutic intervention with specialist bereavement project workers based in Cork and Dublin working with children from all across the country. The service offered is based on the needs of each child and their family and takes into consideration the developmental stage of the child, the child’s relationship with the deceased, the nature of the death and particular circumstances of the family. Children must be referred to the service and referrals will be accepted from anyone who has the consent of parents/carers. Parents/carers are welcome to contact directly. Referrals can be made through the helpline or contacting the service in Cork or Dublin. Other agencies can make referrals using the referral form which is available on request from firstname.lastname@example.org
Also offers a Helpline Service on -01 472 2210 available from 10am to 12pm, Monday to Thursday,to members of the public seeking information and support in relation to bereavement.
