A free helpline and web-based information service, for bereaved people and the professionals and volunteers who support them. Gives practical information, advice and signposting on the many issues and procedures after the death of someone close. The phone line is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday except bank holidays, with an answerphone service at all other times.
