A UK-wide family support charity that offers support to bereaved parents, siblings or partners. Support is available for those widowed recently or some time ago, aged 50 or younger, or those over 50 with dependent children. All the staff and volunteers have been bereaved in similar circumstances themselves and support is given through support days and weekends, telephone befriending, an email newsletter, social networking and web resources.

They focus primarily on the following areas of family life: marriage, parenting and bereavement. Their aim is to be accessible to every family whatever their circumstances and to create resources and support that are preventative, evidence-based and easy to apply.
