Child Bereavement UK provides support and information across Cumbria to bereaved children up to the age of 25 and their families. Our services are provided free of charge and are offered by trained bereavement support practitioners. Our support is provided at a number of children’s centres across the local area. Support may be offered as a family group, and we can see children or young people individually. We can also offer parents and carers support to help them in parenting a bereaved child or young person. Enquiries are welcome directly from families. We also welcome referrals from other agencies if a family has agreed to have their contact details passed on to us. Please get in touch to find out more about what we can offer.
