About Listing

Compton Care  partner with people to embrace life with a complex or incurable condition.

Compton Care work with you to understand your current needs and agree your bereavement care accordingly. From the type of support offered, to the frequency of sessions they will  aim to find the right fit for you. Based at Compton Hall, you can receive one to one sessions with a specially trained bereavement volunteer, or join a group session or coffee morning with others, who may have similar experiences to you.

Compton’s bereavement care is available for anyone who’s loved one has received support from Compton.  If you’ve had a friend or family member cared for on their Inpatient Unit, by the teams out in the community, or within the day therapy centre, you can access our bereavement care.

They support adults and also have a dedicated children’s bereavement service that specialises in supporting young people aged between 5 and 17 years of age. Tel: 01902 774570

Additional bereavement support is also available via our Bereavement Information Hubs, run by our Compassionate Communities team. For more information about these Bereavement Information Hubs, please contact our Compassionate Communities team on compassionatecommunities@comptoncare.org.uk, or call on 0300 323 0250
