Forget-Me-Not offers support to bereaved children and young people under the age of 16, who have lost a parent or loved one. This is achieved by positive counselling work consisting of a variety of unique methods, including one to one sessions and group work. Appointments are made weekly or fortnightly and each session lasts up to one hour, depending on the concentration of the young person. A parent or carer can also be involved if this is the wish of the young person. The group work programme is arranged several times during the year.
