If you feel you could benefit from counselling, are over 18 and live in the Borough of Greenwich, please contact the Centre to discuss this. Counselling sessions are held at the Centre. The service is for people on a low income, but we can put you in touch with low cost counselling agencies or private therapists if you have the means to pay. There is a waiting list for long term counselling. It is possible to receive counselling in some eastern European languages. Please enquire when you contact the centre.

Dementia Care: – Their expert team provides free dementia awareness training to organisations, helping improve staff empathy, understanding and ability to communicate with people living with dementia.  In addition, they run free workshops for unpaid friend and family carers.

Suicide Bereavement Support Service:-   The South East London Suicide Bereavement Service supports people who have lost someone to suicide across the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. They work with people who live in these boroughs and those whose loved one lived or died in these boroughs. They are available for people of all ages, including children and young people.
