Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith care for babies, children and young people who have life-threatening conditions and are not expected to live beyond 18 years of age.
We also offer counselling and bereavement support to any family living in our area who has suffered the death of a child in any circumstance.
Immediate care after death is available to any family whose baby, child or young person up to the age of 18 dies in any circumstances.
Counselling and bereavement support is available to anyone who has been affected by the death of a baby, child or young person up to the age of 18. Their death may have occurred in any circumstances.
The family must live in Shropshire, Cheshire, Mid or North Wales, but do not need to have had any previous contact with Hope House Children’s Hospices.
