Hospice at Home West Cumbria provides a range of services to patients, carers, and their families. These services are available both before and after bereavement. Our team helps with coping, loss, grief, and bereavement. Our highly qualified staff and volunteers support patients, carers, and families by providing complementary therapies, one-to-one sessions and group support. Services are offered in individual’s own homes, a residential care home, nursing home or a community hospital, or at their Therapy and Information centre in Workington.
They cover the western side of Cumbria. We cover a scattered rural population from Maryport, right down to Millom and into the Eskdale and Wasdale valleys.
Can self-refer or get a referral from a health professional, families and patients.
