Insight Counselling offers a safe and confidential space where people (including Children and Young People over the age of 12) are listened to without judgement. Their counsellors provide a supportive, empathic and understanding environment. People have an opportunity to explore troubling issues from the past or present and explore options for the future.
Insight Counselling is an organisational member of the BACP, British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and work is done in accordance with its code of ethics and practice.
There is no charge for the counselling service but they depend on donations to fund the service.
They counsel for a great number of issues, including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Bereavement, Eating Disorders, Stress, Family Issues, Abuse, Relationships, Bullying, Feelings of Lost Hope and Despair and Suicidal thoughts.
