Our Family Support Service offers a range of supportive services for all adults and children who have a link with someone who is receiving care from Isabel. This includes adult counselling in the community and our In-Patient Unit, a Children’s Service, Spiritual Care, Bereavement Service and Art Therapy.
Referrals can be made by individuals, family members or friends by completing the form on the website and sending it to bereavement.services@isabelhospice.org.uk. Referrals can also come from healthcare professionals.
They also have a Grief Encounters bereavement café, which is facilitated by Bereavement Support Workers and is six weekly sessions on a Monday at 10.30-12 at the Living Well Hub.
