JAGS Foundation was set up as a lasting tribute to James Andre Godfrey Smartt-Ford who was tragically murdered inside Streatham Ice Rink in February 2007. JAGS uses a multifaceted approach that holistically addresses violence and correlating issues in vulnerable communities harmed by violence. They deliver co-educational and life skills training for young people in local communities. JAGS works across neighbouring South London Boroughs including Croydon, Lambeth, Merton and Wandsworth to raise awareness, build resilience of parents and children through community cohesion.
