The Family Support Service provides End of Life Nursing Care, a Hospital Transport Service and Pre and Post Bereavement Support to Children, Adults and Families. All of their care is free to access and available to all children and families living in Tynedale, West Northumberland and Ponteland, and is available to all regardless of whether they have been touched by Hospice care or not.
Tynedale Hospice run regular Bereavement Café’s in Hexham, Prudhoe and Ponteland with the aim of bringing together and supporting those in the community who have experienced the loss of someone close to them. For more information please call the Family Support Team tel:01434600384
