The Rainbow Trust have eight care teams of Family Support Workers in nine locations across the UK who provide emotional and practical support for families at home, at hospital and in the community, as well as an online team for those outside of these areas:
North West team, covering greater Manchester, Cumbria and Lancashire
North East, covering Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham, Teesside, Redcar and Cleverland
Liverpool, including the Wirral and Cheshire
South West, covering Swindon, North Wilts, SW Oxfordshire, Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire and NE Somerset
Reading and Berkshire
London, including Surrey, South Bucks, South Herts and Sussex
