BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES
Bereavement Support Services are provided by a team of trained Bereavement Support Volunteers who will meet with family members or significant others over the age of 18 for one-to-one sessions at Rotherham Hospice or, via telephone. Sessions last around one hour each and will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
We offer bereavement groups at the Hospice or via MS Teams.
Bereavement Support for Children:- The child support is for children in the family unit, including children and grandchildren. This service is for children aged 4-18 and they meet as a group once a month for a year. Sessions for children last two hours, 4.30pm-6.30pm, afternoon tea is provided and the children help to choose the activities.
