About Listing
Slide Away provides support to bereaved children and young people living in or attending schools in the county of Kent. Slide Away also provides support to children and young people living with a family member who has a life limiting illness. Referrals are made through schools who are asked to identify a member of staff to take on the role of Slide Away’s School Bereavement Contact.
