Charity offering bereavement care packages and other support services to bereaved young people ages 16 – 25 living in England. Care packages contain practical support items such as a journal, memory jar, mindfulness books, activities and wellbeing treats. Support groups and other services such as therapeutic art, music or gardening activities may also be available. All support is free, and referrals can be taken via the referral form on the website, or by email.
