About Listing
The lowdown is Mental Health charity, providing free and confidential support services for 11- 25 year olds in Northamptonshire. Our services include counselling, wellbeing drop-ins, LGBTQ+ support, practical support and sexual health. They also provide support to parents and carers in supporting their children. Support can be face to face or remote.
Referrals are made via self-referral or assisted referral via their website.
