Provided by Woking & Sam Beare Hospices, the Tommy D Group supports young people, under the age of 18, who have been bereaved. The groups find comfort in the support of their peers and take part in many social activities. Its aim is to help them come to term with their loss and acknowledge their feelings and by meeting others in a similar situation, they realise they are not on their own.
Tommy D Seniors is a support group for 15–17-year-olds who have been bereaved.
Tommy D Starters is a support group is for 11–14-year-olds who have been bereaved.
