WHYbemindful is a course designed to support people who have been bereaved 12 months or more ago, with no upper time limit. It offers the potential to learn a life-enhancing toolbox of practices and a way of being with yourself as you go through this very difficult journey. It offers a safe space for people in similar circumstances to share their own experiences of the mindfulness practices, with the companionship of other like-minded people.
Counselling for children and young people aged four to 17.: – Counselling and therapy are available in Frome, Midsomer Norton, Street, Yeovil and Bath.
They also provide counselling for children who attend primary schools in Trowbridge at The Hub, John of Gaunt School as well as for young people in Frome attending Selwood Academy and Frome College and in Westbury at Matravers School.
In addition to their face-to-face service they provide online counselling for young people aged 12 and over.
