The Yarm Association for the widows and people who live alone is a service aimed at widowed people and for fun, friendship and understanding. We meet every Friday 10:30am -11:30am in the Hide Bar in Yarm. This is an informal “get together” over a cup of coffee.
We welcome widowers and men who live alone. Loneliness is an awful situation that doesn’t have to be. Come along to our group meeting coffee morning and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee in a friendly and welcoming environment. We have all gone through a similar experience but we now value and enjoy each other’s company. As a relatively new group we are open to suggestions for other activities.
As we function under the umbrella of YAW (Yarm association for the widowed) we are invited to their monthly meeting and regular coffee mornings. We are also invited to attend any excursions or events they arrange.
